Samantha was born and raised in Burlington, Vermont. She studied at the University of Vermont, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art. Samantha is a third generation licensed Realtor and started her real estate career in Vermont. She performed as a property management assistant, responsible for leasing units and managing finances. She also worked as a broker's assistant and handled a wide range of administrative tasks and gained hands on experience in the field, assisting in closing numerous deals.

Samantha took this experience to work with one of the top-producing teams in Chicago. On this team, she gained experience in both administrative and sales capacities. She became skilled in coordinating and organizing schedules of several parties at a time. Additionally, she specialized in contract management, communicating with all groups involved to bring deals smoothly to closing.

She came to Janelle Dennis, at @properties, looking for a more intimate experience with clients. As a licensed Realtor and assistant to Janelle, she is involved in every facet of selling or buying a home, from the first time seeing a home to the closing. She provides a support system for Janelle's business, in order to create the most positive experience for all of Janelle's clients.  Samantha excels in a busy work environment where multi-tasking is a necessity and is ready to tackle any task thrown her way with a positive attitude.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing with her dog Olive, traveling, taking yoga classes and eating at restaurants throughout the city. Samantha currently resides in Wicker Park.
