Steven views his hands-on approach to life and business as part of his DNA. His grandfather was a master craftsman and his father put himself through medical school as a carpenter. He grew up in Champaign and has lived in Chicago for more than 25 years, including homes in Roscoe Village and Lakeview, where he currently resides. With a longtime passion for architecture, Steven assists sellers and buyers throughout the city -- from first-timers to seasoned pros.

Steven earned his Bachelor's degree from Indiana University and his MBA from Loyola University of Chicago. He is a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors (CAR), the Illinois Association of Realtors (IAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

A motivated self-starter by nature, detail-oriented and committed to service, Steven's personal and professional experience has provided him with impressive marketing insight, high-level problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex situations. Father to an amazing daughter, Sullivan, Steven enjoys travel, including Bali, Vietnam, Costa Rica and Spain as well as visiting family in Italy. You may also find him SCUBA diving, cooking, fly fishing, collecting vintage posters and hanging out with Olive, his four-legged kid. Dedicated to volunteerism, he spends downtime diving with sharks at the Shedd Aquarium and assisting at Nourishing Hope.
