Van is a native Chicagoan with 30 years of experience in all facets of the real estate business. Prior to joining Atproperties, Van established his own real estate brokerage in Lincoln Square. Within a brief time, he acquired numerous awards and accolades from the Chicago Association of Realtors for dollar volume in sales of residential and multi-unit properties. During that time, he was successfully managing 150 apartment units in multiple buildings for investor clients.
