Vicki's favorite aspect of her job is meeting and networking with people. She is a great listener who will work within your specified parameters without pushing you to view properties that are not a good fit. She works with first time buyers as well as repeat buyers and sellers. Ninety percent of her sales come from past clients and referrals.

Vicki has lived in Logan Square, Bucktown, West Town, Lincoln Park and Lakeview. She has sold property in all areas of the city. She is involved in Big Brothers/Big Sisters and is a founding member of The Bucktown Community Organization's Education Committee(no longer exists) whose goal was to improve the neighborhood schools with the goal of keeping families in the city. In her free time, Vicki and her son, Andrew love to take their 2 dogs to the beach. Vicki enjoys entertaining friends/family, checking out all the incredible restaurants Chicago has to offer, reading, going to the theatre and occassionally binge watching shows on Netflix.

Vicki prides herself on being the salesperson that closes the deal by educating her clients, treating everyone with respect and utilizing her past experiences and relationships in the Chicago real estate market. Clients are saying:

"My wife and I had been having an extremely difficult time finding a home over the past year. We were looking in one of the fastest growing neighborhoods in the city and trying to find that one "diamond in the rough" that would be both in our price range and ready to live in with two small kids. Based on the recommendations of several friends who had all purchased and sold homes with Vicki, we decided to meet with her. She was everything we were looking for in our real estate agent: confident, kind, and willing to indulge our somewhat unrealistic hopes of finding the perfect home in our favorite neighborhood. At our first meeting, she asked for some examples of homes that captured our interests. We had seen a home on Redfin that had absolutely caught our eye, but seemed too good to be true. It was one of those homes that screamed, "This will be gone before you even get to see it!"As defeated as we felt towards pursuing this home, Vicki pumped the brakes on our sourpuss attitudes and said she wanted to look into it for us. Later that evening, I received a text that she was able to get us a viewing the very next day. When we got to the house, my wife an I got even more upset; the house was beautiful and there would be no way we could get it. To make matters worse, there were several other couples waiting to get in to see the property. We performed our walkthrough almost haphazardly; we didn't spend much time looking at it just because we were confident it would lead to another disappointment. As we walked out, Vicki asked what we thought of the house. We told her we were in love with it and would really like to try making a run at it even though we likely wouldn't be able to compete with multiple strong offers. However, Vicki wouldn't hear it. She thought over our options for a few moments and like an absolute master strategist, came up with an extremely competitive offer without breaking our budget. What's more, she knew that timing would be crucial to getting the deal done. Luckily, she didn't waste a second, and by the time we returned home from the showing, Vicki was already hard at work preparing our offer. No less than three hours after viewing the home, we had submitted our offer. Three hours after that, our offer had been accepted. We now live in our dream home and have Vicki to thank for it. My wife and I are convinced that the only reason we were able to get this deal done was because we were fortunate enough to have Vicki in our corner. If you are looking for a positive experience with positive results, go with Vicki!"
