Kathleen’s knowledge of the Chicago real estate market stems from a 25-year career as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a Chicago Developer and a National Real Estate Sales and Marketing Firm. In this position she was responsible for leading the sales and marketing efforts for new construction condo, co-op and townhome projects and condominium conversion developments in the Chicago metropolitan area. She has extensive knowledge of the city market having led the sales teams of many of the high-rise buildings that make up our beautiful city’s skyline. Resulting in over 2,000 sold and over $1 billion in sales.
Her responsibilities for negotiation, product positioning/branding, pricing of each individual residence, creating and implementing strategic marketing plans, recruiting, hiring, training and mentoring all onsite sellers’ agents give her the knowledge needed to navigate the complexities of the Chicago real estate market.
Because of this market experience she brings extensive knowledge to her sellers in regard to pricing their home, preparing and implementing strategic plans and negotiations that lead to closed sales.
For her buyers, this firsthand knowledge of Chicago’s neighborhoods and an intimate knowledge of many of buildings within these neighborhoods is invaluable to finding their dream home at the best price.
