About Me

A native of the Western Suburbs, Aaron has lived in the great Chicago neighborhoods of Bucktown, Wicker Park and Roscoe Village but like many former city dwellers the time came for Aaron and his family to move back to the suburbs.  He now calls Western Springs his home.  After graduating from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, he took a Operations Management position with a prestigious law firm showcasing an extensive portfolio of Fortune 500 companies.  This position eventually set the foundation for a successful career in Real Estate.  The combination of high-touch service, a desire to always put his client's needs first and a results driven approach to negotiations have made him uniquely qualified to successfully serve his clients.

Rankings, sales volume and awards are all important to Aaron but they mean little if each of his clients do not trust the process or their agent advocate. Aaron strives to make his clients feel they are heard, understood and are receiving professional, knowledgeable advice during their transaction .  With 14 years of experience in both strong and weak markets, Aaron's strength in negotiations, market analysis and use of technology have allowed him to continue to grow his business with a clientele of over 90% personal referrals.

Aaron brings a unique combination of energy, knowledge and passion to his work. His clientele range from first-time home buyers to down-sizers and everyone in-between.  All clients and transaction partners are treated with high levels of integrity and ethics and his clients appreciate his professionalism throughout the sales process.

If he is not engaged with clients, you will probably find Aaron coaching one of his children's sports teams or spending time with his family. These things bring him his greatest joy.  Aaron is also proud to be an annual sponsor of Western Springs Little League, the Field Park 5K and several other events/organizations in the surrounding communities.

Clients are saying:

"“My Mom had been living in her house since 1952, but this year at 97 she had one fall too many that prevented her from returning. I am her only child and live in Seattle. When that fall occurred, I had to fly to Chicago, find her assisted living and sell her beloved house.

Aaron was recommended to me by very close friends that live in the area. I wanted to sell the house as-is, as soon as possible and for the most money. Aaron understood my needs and put together an analysis of the house for pricing and a marketing plan for its sale. When I heard his presentation I knew I had selected the right realtor for the task. He had determined that the best strategy for moving the house as-is was to remove everything from the house before putting it on the market. He was able to direct me to people who did estate sales so I was able to clear the house out in a timely manner while still obtaining some money for my Mom. The house was on the market for four days when we had a cash buyer who payed $1000 over the listing price. The sale closed within two weeks and my mother had the money she will need for her assisted living expenses. Throughout the closing process, Aaron walked me through all the requirements that I needed to complete with the Village of Westchester and was there for me whenever the buyer had a question that needed to be answered.

I cannot say enough about Aaron’s professionalism and competence. He was there for me every step of the way. His service is outstanding. If five stars is the highest rating, in my opinion he gets seven!”"
