Jordan has worked in the real estate industry since 2014. Starting as a licensed Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), he managed 200+ unit condominium associations in the River North and Gold Coast neighborhoods. He spent two years leasing apartments for a management company whose portfolio stretches from South Loop, up the north side to Evanston and west to the Wicker Park neighborhood. Apartments ranged from introductory to penthouses well into the luxury market.
Now a protégé of Joelle Hayes, a senior broker with @properties, he leverages his knowledge and experience in the industry to support and advise clients. He treats every transaction with the care and attention he did for his first home. Jordan is also the elected board treasurer for his condominium association. He believes examining the association is of equal importance as the unit.
An alumnus of The University of the South in Sewanee, TN, Jordan holds a bachelor's degree in psychology with minors in political science and religion. He began his professional career working as a project manager for a $1.2 million mixed methods psychological research study with 3,000 quantitative and 200 qualitative participants. He knows the importance of data analysis and brings this knowledge to his real estate business.
Jordan is an active member of Buena Park Neighbors and the Chicago Market Co-Op. He also supports Tomato Mountain Farm CSA and Collective Resources, Inc.
Clients are saying:
"Jordan was on the ball right out of the gate, gathering information on our must-haves and refining from there as we sorted through listings he cultivated. He was professional in person and accommodating, providing his advice and honest opinions. He went above-and-beyond to provide comprehensive video walk-throughs of listings we were interested in. I would not hesitate to recommend him for rentals and hope to work with him in the future when we look to buy."
