She has now moved on in pursuit of creating her own business with @properties.
Prior to real estate Amanda worked in banking and outside sales. She is a graduate from Central Michigan University; received her degree in Business Administration with a focus in Management and Finance. Amanda has spent free time in the last 3 years on Forward Momentum's fundraising committee, raising money for children to attend a summer long camp in Hamilton Park Fieldhouse in Englewood.
Clients are saying:
"I had 4 deconversions last December occurring within a week of each other. As a result, I had to quickly find 4 replacement investment properties within 45 days to avoid paying taxes on my gains. Amanda helped me find all 4 properties at investor-friendly buildings and we were able to close on all 4 deals before end of January. All deals were done as 1031 exchange for tax reasons. I could not be more happy with how Amanda helped me through this process."
