Having sold their 2 flat in Lincoln Square after needing more space to raise a family, Amy and
her husband Rich moved to the quaint village of Riverside in the fall of 2000. Knowing instantly
that the old house they currently reside in had the potential to become a fantastic project, Amy
fell in love before even making her way past the foyer. This same reaction is the kind of
response she strives for when showing potential properties to her clients. She loves seeing her
clients eyes light up when they have found the perfect place to call home.
Amy has a passion and a keen eye for identifying the potential every property possesses and she
believes that buying or selling a house can be an enjoyable journey with the right agent. As a
professional, she will work tirelessly on behalf of her clients to make their real estate experiences
pleasant and successful. Amy's insider knowledge of Riverside and its surrounding communities
as well as her attention to detail will ensure that all clients will be happy in the end.
In addition to being a volunteer in the local schools Amy is actively involved with Jen's Kids, a community outreach program that provides art therapy for
children receiving chemotherapy at Loyola Medical Center. Amy graduated from Western
Illinois University after having received a Bachelors degree in Recreation, Park and Tourism

Clients are saying:
"Amy was hands down the best realtor we could have ever asked for! We met at one of her open houses and immediately was so warm and welcoming to future Riverside prospects. She knew so much about the town and provided so many tips for first time home buyers. She goes above and beyond for her clients and met with us at the drop of a hat when a house would go on the market or in the private network so we could be the first to see it. She stuck with us for over a year to find the perfect house and man were we lucky, because not every realtor understands that this isn't something to rush - but Amy sure did and wanted us to not settle. She not only knew so much about the town, but the entire home buying process and was able to point out a number of potential issues that could have come up in inspections. She wasn't afraid to be honest with us and tell us if this isn't the right house or could foresee inspection issues, something my husband and I greatly valued. She was extremely patient and never pressured us into a decision, she wanted it to be our decision. She was a fabulous realtor and now a neighbor and would highly recommend her services to anyone!"
