About Me

With over 10 years of experience in the trading industry and a passion for real estate, Andrew offers his clients a unique knowledge-base of markets coupled with exceptional negotiation and analytical skills.  

Prior to joining @properties as a broker, Andrew worked independently, trading commodity futures and equity options. He got his start as a clerk at The Chicago Board of Trade, where he spent two years working under a broker in the soybean oil pit. During that time, Andrew learned one of the most valuable lessons of his trading career: you can never do too much research. Markets are in constant motion, and there is always more to learn. The same is true for the housing market, which made Andrew's transition to real estate a natural fit.

No matter what a client's needs are, Andrew's goal is to always provide them with expert market knowledge and candid advice. Real estate is one of the largest and most personal investments many people will make in their lifetime, and protecting that investment is of utmost importance to him.

As a Chicago native, Andrew knows the city extremely well. He grew up on the North Shore and has lived in various neighborhoods including Old Town, River North, and the West Loop. Andrew played baseball for two years at Ripon College in Wisconsin before transferring to Columbia College Chicago, where he earned a degree in Film Studies. When peeled away from his market research, Andrew enjoys being outdoors with his two dogs, reading, photography adventures, and spending time with his large family.
