Waveland graduated cum laud with a B.S. in Economics from Purdue University and is currently pursuing a Masters in Liberal Arts from University of Chicago. For Waveland’s honeymoon, his wife and he sailed from New York City to Tahiti on a 46 ft. sailboat. The 12-month trip covered 8,000 blue water miles.

Jenny brings a passion for helping her clients navigate their way through the entire real estate process from beginning to end and beyond. Jenny has lived in Chicago for the past 14 years and loves helping people find their little piece of the city to call home. She has always called the north side of the city home and is an expert in the areas of Lakeview, Roscoe Village and Lincoln Park.
Jenny comes from an inventory management background, working very closely with small and large sales teams, so she knows the importance of clear and quick communication. She is extremely responsive with all of her clients and will always be in touch within the same day. She excels at walking her first time homebuyers through every aspect of the buying process; no question or piece of information is too small to cover.
Jenny's work with new build developers has given her an insight to home construction that benefits her clients in their home search. She also spends time consulting with developers on home trends, design and home layouts that will be attractive to buyers.
In her spare time, Jenny loves to experience the amazing Chicago restaurant scene, entertain at her home, spend time strolling through her neighborhood with her dog and traveling with her husband.

Dan brings his finance background and passion for real estate to his clients with @properties. Prior to joining @properties, Dan received a finance degree from UW-Madison and spent 15 years working in the finance/investment industry. He began his career as an analyst and later became a director of sales, where he worked with clients helping them make important, lifelong investment decisions. Leveraging this background in finance and client servicing, Dan is able to work closely with his clients to ensure a smooth and successful real estate experience.
Dan has lived in many neighborhoods in Chicago over the past 15+ years and now calls Old Town home. In his personal time, Dan enjoys traveling, cooking and cheering on his Wisconsin Badgers.

Alex is entering his 7th year with @properties and has a proven track record of creating success for his clients. Alex has a degree in Marketing from Illinois State University and can offer a great deal of knowledge in buyer behavior, market research, and contract negotiation. Alex takes pride in making his clients real estate goals a reality: whether he is working with a buyer, seller, or renter, Alex aims to best position his clients for success. With this mindset, Alex has closed over $20 million in transactions and was honored with an @properties Outstanding Achievement Award in 2018. His specialties include buyer representation, comparative market analysis, property marketing, and relocation.
Alex is an integral member of the DWK Realty Team within @properties, acting as a Broker and Marketing Director for the team. Alex will be in contact with sellers to help maximize marketing exposure for their home. Whether it is taking photos, staging ideas, and social media posts; Alex is here to make sure their home looks top notch on the Web and in-person. Alex also works with buyers and renters on behalf of DWK Realty Team.
Alex has called Logan Square home for the past 6 years. In his down-time Alex enjoys exploring the city, going to concerts, cheering on his favorite Chicago sports teams, and playing hockey.
