STOP LOOKING.START FINDING.
A native Chicagoan and avid networker, Anna Huls is entering her second decade as a realtor — after partnering with @properties in 2012. An expert in the Chicago marketplace, Anna has been actively involved in the Logan Square community for 14 years. Anna works in residential real estate: specifically dealing with first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers, sellers, and investors. She has also personally purchased two short sales and guided people who purchase foreclosures.
Sellers hire Anna because she gets results. On average, her listings sell within 30 days for 97% of the asking price. Partnering with @properties allows Anna to pre-market her listings to the city's most productive brokerage, and it allows her to offer her sellers the most comprehensive marketing plan in Chicago.
Buyers, too, love the way Anna takes the time to fully understand what is most important to them. She networks with other agents and frequently finds her clients the perfect home before it even hits the market. Once her buyer has found the perfect fit, Anna's strong negotiation skills ensure they get the best possible deal.
Before her career as a realtor, Anna's adventurous spirit led her to travel extensively. While jumping from planes and diving the deep seas in New Zealand and the Cook Islands, Anna worked as a Travel Consultant for a bustling Australian travel agency. The work fed her hunger to see the world, and it honed her skills in sales, time management, and price negotiation.
Because of this, Anna naturally transitioned to a job as a real estate law Paralegal for a fast-paced Chicago law firm. Shortly after, in 2005, she moved to Logan Square, where she partnered with @properties just seven years later.
However, Anna's love for fast-paced adventure has not slowed. Now, in addition to her busy career as a realtor, she makes time to volunteer and participate in community organizations — a long list which includes just a few of the following:
- Director of the River North Chapter of the Dynamic Professional Women's Network
- Blogs for Chicago Agent Magazine
- Served as an election judge for the state of Illinois
- Member of the Logan Square Chamber of Commerce
- Member of the Logan Square Preservation Society
- Volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters
- Volunteer with the Logan Square Dog Park Committee
Thanks to her energy and social personality, Anna is deeply connected in the Chicago real estate market. She often acts as a referral resource for her clients. She's your go-to girl for anyone real estate related!
Clients are saying:
"Anna understood what we were looking for right away, and did not diverge from our preferences. She did everything carefully and well. At the very last minute, various contingencies totally having nothing to do with us, or the sellers, or this realty company--caused a delay in our process, but Anna was there for us every step of the way. What could have been a much worse and more difficult situation became relatively easy to manage, and everything came off splendidly. I recommend Anna 150%!!"
