Understands the market… Annie has a degree in Business Administration and Finance. Before working in Real Estate, she worked as a financial analyst for a global hedge fund. Her experience in interpreting financial data is a strong asset, allowing her to swiftly understand and predict the real estate market as it responds to economic factors. Annie continues to research and keep up to date on economic news, enabling her to quickly guide buyers and sellers with pricing and negotiation strategies.
Negotiation Skills… During her time working as an analyst, Annie had plenty of experience negotiating deals for asset acquisitions large and small. She knows that research, knowing your opponent and understanding how the market it is affecting current pricing is key in developing a strong negotiation strategy. Local knowledge and strong network…In addition to her real estate expertise, Annie is a mom to three beautiful and energetic boys, and is extremely knowledgeable of North shore activities for the little ones. She is the organizer of a local moms group with over 600 members that is extremely active within the North shore community, and can make great suggestions of places to go see, restaurants for that special date night out, and other activities within the community. Through this group, she has developed a strong network on the North shore, as she is constantly meeting with, talking to and planning events with people in the community.
