Luke Blahnik –
Has lived in Chicago since 2006 and offers extensive expertise in strategic acquisition, thinking outside the box and getting creative in finding properties off the beaten path. Luke has a substantial background in helping clients find the best real estate investments, rehabs, and value-add projects.
Before moving over to @properties, Luke started Blahnik Properties, a full service residential brokerage in 2009 where he focused on acquiring property through distressed channels such as auction, bank owned properties, and short sales. He led the acquisition and rehab of dozens of properties, and has extensive construction experience.
Luke's current passion project is Avondale Bowl, an 8-lane vintage bowling alley in the Avondale neighborhood of Chicago, which he restored in 2019. When Luke isn't out scouting for new investment projects, he and his wife enjoy checking out new restaurants with their son in Logan Square, the neighborhood they call home.

Jonathan is an experienced negotiator and is excited to be working in real estate. He strives to help his clients navigate the sometimes complicated world of buying or selling property.
Bio: Jonathan was born and raised in Evanston, IL just to the north of Chicago. He spent time on the east coast studying hospitality management at Boston University. Jonathan returned to Chicago in 2006 and began professional study and practice of the jewelry business. Jonathan worked for a few high-end jewelers in and around Chicago before starting his own company Well Adorned in 2009, which continues operating to this day. In 2010 Jonathan collaborated with a long time friend to co-found New Traditions Farm, a 5.5 acre organic vegetable farm 70 miles south of Chicago. He operated the farm until 2012, when he started working full time in real-estate. I've watched neighborhoods evolve and flourish in my lifetime. In Chicago, I have lived as far North as West Ridge and as far South as Hyde Park and have resided in Logan Square for well over a decade. Barcelona, London and Tokyo, have each been respite but Chicago will always be home. I graduated from the University of Chicago and have been proud to sell residential real estate since 2003.

A Dallas, Texas native, Sabrina visited Chicago for the first time in 2011. A sports fan, a burger lover, and a city skyline fanatic, she immediately fell in love with all the Windy City had to offer. For ten years prior to real estate, Sabrina worked as a model. The fashion industry had many appeals but she was most fond of the opportunities it gave her to interact with diverse groups of people in endlessly varying settings.
