About Me

Bridget brings a fresh perspective to the real estate market. After obtaining her law degree, she served as a trial attorney on both the federal and state levels.  As a real estate professional, she combines her skills in writing, analysis and negotiation with her passion for and knowledge of the local markets to advise clients through the many milestones involved in a real estate transaction.  Her proficiency in these areas has been a hallmark of Bridget's service to her clients. Her biggest gratification is in the relationships she develops, which endure long after a transaction is complete.

As an attorney, I have advised and counseled clients through critical times in their lives. This experience carries over to my real estate practice, where people are making a large financial and emotional investment in their home and community.

As a local resident, and active member of the community, Bridget's knowledge of the area, and its exceptional amenities, is noteworthy. Her work in the community includes:

Children's Theatre of Winnetka, Board Member

New Trier Parents Association, Class of 2023, Co-Chair

Skokie/Washburne Parent Teacher Organization, Past Co-Chair

Winnetka Plan Commission

Winnetka Planned Development Commission

Cook County Arbitrator

Cook County Election Judge

Winnetka Music Festival, Inaugural Organizing Committee

Bridget's winning combination of astute market analysis and community awareness and outreach provide an invaluable experience when buying or selling a home.

My combined knowledge of the local markets, personal involvement with the communities and negotiation skills provide a full service experience for my clients and their real estate needs.

Clients are saying:

"Bridget was flawless and indispensable as we worked our way through "right sizing"our downtown home. She helped us find the right place and buy it in a competitive situation that led to a great outcome for us. Her recommendations for ancillary help (legal, inspection, estimators and contractors for repairs and upgrades) were all spot on."
