She managed their top tier client base in a customer service capacity, with rave reviews from those clients. She also acted as a Performance Improvement Analyst for the client services team and conducted the on-boarding and training for new client service reps. After spending 8 years in this field, living in downtown Chicago, she headed back to the suburbs to raise a family.
