STOP LOOKING.START FINDING.
"A Realtor is not a Salesperson. She is a Matchmaker.
She introduces People to Homes, until they Fall in Love with one.
Then, she is a Wedding Planner."
Truly, I do not think there is a greater quote that better relates to how I feel about my role as your Realtor. This may be due to the fact that after graduating with a degree in Social Work from Illinois State University, I worked at an offline, boutique Matchmaking firm in the heart of Chicago. Transitioning from a Matchmaking role into Real Estate came easy as I found the same set of skills used in working with a Matchmaking client are used in working with a Real Estate client. Understanding a client's wants and needs, learning preferences and deal-breakers and establishing what a happy relationship/home looks like are three of the skills that help me create a successful relationship with my client. This then guides us both to great success in finding the perfect match - a place to call home.
Born and raised in the Chicago suburbs and a resident of the Wicker Park neighborhood for two years, I am confident in my knowledge when it comes to all things location and neighborhood-wise in Chicago and its surrounding areas. In my little spare time, I enjoy exploring and learning more about Chicago's 77 diverse neighborhoods while on a quest for the best (authentic please!) Mexican food in the city. Designing jewelry, net-working, music festivals, match-making, and interior decorating also occupy my time when not in the office.
