About Me

Cristina is passionate about succeeding in the real estate world, and for her, the business is about relationships more than anything else. As an agent with @properties in the Goose Island office, she's equipped with a gregarious nature, a diligent work ethic, and an insatiable drive to help her clients achieve their real estate goals. She prides herself on being honest and fully transparent with her clients. Cristina believes in treating every client like a lifelong friend as she hopes every relationship she builds will eventually lead to a friendship. Buying or selling a property can be a daunting task, but Cristina wants everyone she works with to feel like they have a close friend in the industry, who has their best interests in mind, to help them navigate the process.

Cristina is originally from Romania where she studied biochemical engineering before coming to Chicago over a decade ago. Growing up in Europe has influenced her admiration of old world classic architecture and interior aesthetics. Before real estate, she worked for over 8 years as an accountant for a medical equipment auction house meaning she's organized and great with numbers. She's also fluent in English, Romanian and Spanish with a proficient knowledge of French.

Cristina lives in Lincoln Park with her loving husband and Maltese mix rescue. In her spare time, Cristina enjoys traveling to exotic locations around the world, dining out, barre classes, and reading both fiction and non-fiction works.

Clients are saying:

"Cristina was a tremendous help for us. We moved from NYC to Chicago unsure whether to buy or rent. We happened upon Cristina during our initial rental search, and we found her honesty and knowledge absolutely superb. We ultimately decided to buy a home, and we couldn't be happier with it! We know we wouldn't have been able to find a home and get through this process so easily if not for Cristina and all her hard work."
