Darcy grew up in the North Suburbs of Chicago. She graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in Journalism. After college she spent a few years in Washington DC, and eventually found her way back to Chicago. She currently lives in River North. She currently lives in Deerfield. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband, three month old son and their rescue dog Vanna.
