Prior to real estate, Dayna graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Human Resources Management and spent 15 years working in executive level positions in human resources, economic development and as an entrepreneur.  These  positions helped hone her skills as a fair and astute negotiator, an expert in customer relations and gave her the ability and background to be a world class problem-solver, gifting her with a network of resources real estate clients often need to effortlessly move into their new home, neighborhood and community.

St. Joseph is Dayna's home and she invested in her first property here in 1998.  She has been actively managing her own investment properties as well as representing buyers and sellers since 2009.  She shares her love of SW Michigan with her 2 children, raising them to value the uniqueness of the area, from the award winning schools, to the waterfront, the charming downtowns, and the acres of sprawling hills and farmland. 

As part of her commitment to her community and region, she has also served on various boards and committees.  Beyond real estate, organizations which she supports or belongs to include: 100 Women Strong, the Logan Center, Curious Kids Museum, Lakeshore Volleyball Boosters and Soccer Boosters, Lake Michigan College Foundation, Cornerstone Alliance, St. Joseph River Yacht Club and the Blossomtime Grand Floral Parade.
