As an undergraduate of UCLA, Geoff became a member of the Theta Chi Fraternity. One of the expectations of members in this fraternity is to make "the Helping Hand" a reality. "The Helping Hand" is a concept in which members are expected to give assistance when it is asked for, or when it is apparent it is needed. The Helping Hand scholarship was established to help with tuition and acknowledge the achievements of a fantastic student.
