Native from NW Indiana, John moved to Chicago 6 years ago to pursue real estate and experience all that our beautiful city has to offer.  He has lived in Logan Square since the move, drawn to the sweeping boulevard systems, sunday farmers markets, and excellent food and nightlife options. John found not only Logan Square was special, but that the surrounding neighborhoods added to his excellent quality of life. 

John started his real estate career with BJB Properties in 2014, helping clients find the perfect place to live in all neighborhoods of the city.  There he mastered understanding what a client was looking for in their day to day life and matched their needs with the ideal location.  There he learned property management, the value of investing in multi-family real estate, and the trend of where people want to live in Chicago.

John has been investing in multi-family real estate in Logan Square, Avondale, Humboldt Park, and West Town since 2015.
