After studying Interior Design at Harrington College of Design, Kathrin's knowledge of architectural design, construction, finish trade resources and development allow her to give in-depth guidance to clients for construction projects and improvements. Leveraging her home building and rehabbing experience, Kathrin is adept at assessing a home behind the walls. Being able to offer this service is an advantage to buyers who are often fearful of the cost of work, as well as sellers who oftentimes need to prepare their homes prior to listing.

Kathrin has a strong business-marketing background as well as a keen eye for identifying the right properties for her clients. Her down-to-earth approach helps her get to know her clients, understand what they are looking for in a home and build lasting relationships.
