Kimberly Becker has spent the past six years establishing herself as one of the most dynamic and driven professionals in the real estate industry. She has devoted her life to client care, a strategy which has catapulted her to the position of top salesperson, first in the fast-paced world of corporate sales and now as one of Chicago's top real estate agents. Kim is a Chicago-area native who grew up in the northwest suburb of Arlington Heights. After earning her Bachelor's degree in Management at Indiana University's School of Public & Environmental Affairs with a minor in Business Administration from the Kelley School of Business, she returned to the Chicagoland area to pursue her sales career. Over the past 12 years, Kim has been a resident of several Chicago neighborhoods and strives to be active within the local Chicago community participating in the Chicago Chapter of the Indiana University Alumni Association, Kelley School of Business Alumni Association and Chicago's Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
In 2016, building upon her experience and in-depth knowledge of Chicago real estate, Kim partnered with two like-minded colleagues to form a real estate team, Chicago Home Living within @properties #1 Chicago Real Estate brokerage. The group was formed with a common goal of focusing on providing a higher standard of service in the industry as well as incorporating a personable and boutique approach to all types of real estate transactions, whether working with sellers, investors, buyers or repeat clients.
Kim has also acquired her ABR certification, an additional certification designating her an accredited buyer representative, which strengthens her skill set to assure buyers the best quality of care. She is committed to continually strengthening her knowledge of the latest industry trends. Her tenacity is unmatched, and she will inexhaustibly seek solutions to a client's needs with the intention of establishing life-long relationships.
