Kim Carmona is an enthusiastic, sincere professional who believes in going out of her way to exceed expectations. She enjoys building relationships with clients and is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. 

In 2007, Kim began her real estate career in San Francisco facilitating the opening of a residential development sales center for Bosa Development. In 2011, she relocated back to her hometown of Chicago and worked as a Leasing Coordinator for global real estate investment firm, Hines Real Estate. Kim's experiences in the real estate industry has taught her the value of being thorough, detail-oriented and customer focused. In 2019, Kim joined the McShea group, a knowledgeable and passionate team with over 35 years of experience.   

Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication from the University of Iowa. Born and raised in the North Shore, she currently resides with her husband and two daughters in the West Lakeview neighborhood. She is an active member of her community and local CPS school. When she's not working, Kim loves working out, cooking and spending time with her family exploring everything this great city has to offer.
