Clients are saying:

"As a repeat homebuyer/seller many times over, I always dread the process. From inexperienced brokers (who say what they think you want to hear) to deals gone bad, I've had my share of frustrating real-estate transactions. But not this time.
My family was selling our childhood home in Sherwood Forest and we wanted a broker who knew the neighborhood. That's how and why we picked Lauren. She immediately assessed the property and told us what we needed to do in order to get the house sold. But I was stubborn and I resisted. But Lauren gently pushed- And it was not because she was looking for a quick commission. No. She was looking out for me and my family. So, through fact-based and knowledgeable persuasion, Lauren got me back to reality. We did what she suggested, the house was listed and we were under contract about a week later. So here's the bottom line: I was a stubborn seller with an emotional attachment to a home. Lauren got it. She used her knowledge of market trends, timing, first-impressions, pricing, marketing, and negotiating to our advantage. As an experienced seller/buyer, I can say with confidence that if it weren't for Lauren, my parents' home would still be on the market 3 price drops later in the middle of a global economic crisis. My family and I are eternally grateful for what was the most painless and professional real estate transaction I've ever been involved in."
