There are 2 reasons why I consistently beat the market: First is my ability to accurately price a property. In a previous career I was a financial controller for a sales & marketing company, so I know how to interpret market data and calculate the optimal listing price. Second, one of my key responsibilities while working in management is contract negotiations. Whether I'm working with buyers or sellers, I leverage my negotiation expertise to help them get the best price and terms in the transaction.
Before entering the world of real estate, I had a successful career in Sales and Marketing firms, holding positions as Operations Manager & Controller. This business background gives me the unique ability to use my project management skills to handle all elements of the buying or selling process. My creativity and problem solving skills are a tremendous help with the negotiating process and help me reach a deal that is in my client's best interest and that meets their needs.
The moment I met Chicago, it was love at first sight. I have enjoyed the journey of discovering the vast diversity and character of the distinct 77 neighborhoods, each with its own mix of history, art, culture, dining, nightlife, shopping and real estate ˜personality™. Before buying my home in the Logan Square neighborhood, I set out to never rent in the same neighborhood twice. Among the areas I've lived include the Gold Coast, Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Bucktown, and Wicker Park.
