MARCIA IS IN THE RELATIONSHIP BUSINESS
Marcia is more than a "sales person." She is a counselor, confidant and trusted partner to each and every client. She insists on delivering VIP service above and beyond the typical 9-5 weekday. You may have noticed that many real estate agents take a transactional approach to sales by identifying clients, closing the deal and then moving on to the next one. Marcia believes you deserve more from the professional you decide to work with and that's why she chooses to work by referral. Working by referral is all about trust. And, let's face it, when we're seeking a service, we look for someone we can trust, someone proven who comes highly recommended and is already on our side. Marcia was recently recognized with the "RELATIONSHIP AWARD" by @properties. This award is a true reflection of how important her relationships to clients and colleagues are. Marcia surrounds herself with the best in the business and works closely with reputable attorneys, mortgage brokers, contractors and inspectors. Marcia believes it takes a strong team guiding you every step of the way.
Marcia is a former professional photogapher who now loves to photograph for fun. Buying and or selling a home can be an exciting, emotional and stressful time. Marcia's degree in psychology serves her well when dealing with the many facets of a real estate transaction. Marcia is also a prolific cook and has a great passion for all animals, marine and wildlife.
Marcia was the founder of the Bridges of Autism Foundation. The foundation raised money for financially challenged families so that they could afford the therapies needed for children with autism. She is currently involved with Autism Speaks and various local autism-focused organizations. She has also worked for the North Suburban Special Education District's Autism Task Force.
