It is important to distinguish the type of marketing required for different types of properties. For example, a $200,000 home will have a pretty large group of consumers who can afford to purchase that property. The seller will most likely have many showings, and close on the home in a relatively short period of time. Whereas, a $900,000 home will have fewer showings and potential buyers who are able to afford such a home. It makes sense that the higher the price, the fewer number of potential buyers. My job as your Luxury home Realtor is to find those "fewer" buyers and market your home to them.
