Since 2010, I have worked extensively with sellers and buyers on the sales of downtown highrise condos, as well as properties in the surrounding neighborhoods and suburbs. I also specialize in working with buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, and renters in real estate transactions spanning all price ranges. My negotiation skills, tools, knowledge and experience ensure I deliver the best price and terms on behalf of my clients. I also use electronic signatures for quick, easy, and convenient document transactions. 

Prior to my time with @properties, I've spent my life navigating both the urban and suburban communities in Chicagoland as a sales and purchasing agent in product distribution. That unique experience has allowed me to provide clients with key insights into what each neighborhood has to offer, including interpreting the latest market data, recommending trusted vendors or simply where to get the best pizza. 

I am a member of the local and national Realtors® associations and abide by the Realtor® Code of Ethics. I have lived with my wife and three children in the Tri-Taylor neighborhood near Taylor Street, just a couple miles west of the Loop and currently reside in Brookfield.
