Paula is a Chicagoan through-and-through. She was born and raised in West Rogers. She's moved to Old Town after college, then Wicker Park, and Bucktown. Currently, Paula has lived in Deerfield for the past 17 years. Paula has a bachelor's degree in Secondary Education with an emphasis in English. She spent six years at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange in one of the top clearing houses, Hammer Trading. This required Paula to work in a very fast paced environment while maintaining excellent relationships clients and customers who cleared through Hammer Trading. It eventually led her to work in another fast paced environment, the Title business. The bulk of her career has been in the title business, on the escrow side. For the past 17 years, she has been an Escrow Officer/Mobile Closer for First American Title, Chicago Title, Wheatland Title, and Ravenswood Title.
Paula has always had a passion for real estate. As an Escrow Officer/Closing Officer and expert in title, she has helped thousands of people close loans on both the purchase and refinance sides. She has always had a desire to assist in real estate in a more hands-on way. With this unique combination of wanting to be more hands-on with clients coupled with her closing expertise, she can now bring that expertise as a real estate agent. This adds to her unique ability to really listen, strategize a good plan, and understand the needs of her clients looking to sell or purchase property.
Paula is a member of The National Notary Association, The National Association of Realtors, Illinois Association of Realtors, Ast. Alumni, EIU Alumni, NSBAR-Government & Political committee, and Realtors/ Trades Committe for JUF. Paula also is a loving mother to three grown boys. She spends her free time with her family, friends, and people close to her. She also enjoys working out, music, reading, cooking, and going to Chicago often for fun and new/exciting activities.

Originally from Minneapolis, MN, Layne moved to Madison, WI where she earned her BS in Genetics from the University of Wisconsin. She came to Chicago, IL in 2005 where she attained her MBA in Marketing and Management. Much of her career was spent in the non-profit and the healthcare fields. But while searching with her husband for their own home, Layne fell in love with real estate as a career, for the prospect of helping people find their ideal place to call home.

Prior to entering the real estate industry Danny held the position of marketing manager for IBM. After working towards a Ph.D. in clinical psychology, he held positions as: a teacher, research analyst, hotline crisis counselor, case manager for Big Brothers/Big Sisters and small business entrepreneur.
Danny has lived in Chicago for 15 years and currently resides in Lakeview. He is an avid athlete, musician and philanthropist.
