About Me

Serving the greater Chicagoland area, Paula Carson has sold over $100 million in residential real estate and earned numerous awards in the process. In 1995, she managed her first real estate office and went on to become an owner. Paula has since managed four different offices, but her real passion is the listing and sale of residential property.

Having earned an MBA from Northwestern University, Paula brings a unique blend of business, marketing and expert negotiating skills when professionally representing her clients. Her stellar level of service and reputation is what keeps her clients coming back to her as a trusted source for all things real estate. Paula's clients are primarily referred by satisfied past clients, and their friends, family, colleagues and neighbors.

Paula is married with five children and has a black lab named "Jenny". She grew up in a small town in Southern IL and moved to Chicago after college, living in Lincoln Park and the NW suburbs. She enjoys plant-based cooking, animal rescue, and spending time with family and friends. Every summer, Paula treks to Jackson Hole, WY to enjoy the mountains, wildlife, hiking, nature, and the stunning scenery.

Clients are saying:

"Paula offered her help to us without obligation. She was not pushy. She let us naturally fall into this relationship.

Paula responded to our every need. We kept in contact via phone, text. and email. If she wasn't available, she made sure that someone was able to help. She was calm through the whole process. She shared her knowledge of the process so that we could make an informed decision. We couldn't have sold our home and purchased our new home without her.

Paula wasn't just a Realtor. She was a resource for EVERYTHING we needed. She was able to recommend inspectors, attorneys, plumbers, driveway repair, etc. The list goes on and on."
