No matter which you choose, you are under no obligation to list your house with Per, or with @properties. All we ask is a chance to present our marketing plan.
There are advantages to both of these offers. It has been shown many times that homes that are staged, or have received professional advice on how they are presented, receive higher offers, and are on the market a shorter time.
A pre-listing inspection by a licensed inspector will prevent problems later on in the sales process. Any problem that is discovered can either be dealt with before the house is put on the market, or can be disclosed to prospective buyers as an "as-is" condition.
