About Me

After 20 years as a Managing Broker, managing multiple real estate offices, Steve is now shifting his focus back to sales full time. As a life-long Chicago area resident, he knows the market well.

In the increasingly complex world of residential real estate, Steve's formula for success has remained surprisingly simple: Great instincts, an uncanny ability to assess each property's potential and a willingness to go the extra mile for his clients.  Steve combines his keen knowledge of the local real estate market with a trained eye for detail. Steve is uniquely qualified to help buyers assess a home's intrinsic value and sellers to showcase their home's strongest features. As a buying or selling agent, Steve considers not just where his clients want to live, but also how they want to live.  He works tirelessly to help them achieve the lifestyle they envision.

Steve leverages new and existing technologies that maximize the online exposure of your home to thousands of qualified buyers.  Your home will appear on the top real estate search engines where over 89% of internet searches for real estate are done.  When a prospective buyer indicates interest, that notification is instantly sent to me.  Prominently featuring your home on the dominant search engines ensures that you will get maximum exposure to interest buyers- all day, every day.

When not doing real estate, Steve enjoys all sports and travel. He has been married to Betty for 38+ years, has two married daughters and is the proud grandfather of four wonderful grandchildren.
