Lifelong Chicagoan Tuyen Tran not only offers her clients expert knowledge of the city, North Shore and Northwest Suburbs, but an unrivaled tenacity and a cool, calm demeanor that helps her and her devoted clients navigate even the trickiest negotiations. Tuyen is based in @properties' Goose Island office, where as part of top-producing team The Home Connective, she works tirelessly to support her clients' real estate goals, whether it is buying, selling, renting or investing. 

With a professional background as an operations manager for a non-profit organization, and working in meeting/event planning and hospitality, Tuyen had already proven her ability to remain solution- and service-focused in high pressure situations. After purchasing her own first property, she discovered real estate as a new source of inspiration and committed to learning as much as she could about the industry, including purchasing her own investment properties to renovate, sell and rent. She shares this first-hand experience with each of her clients and is wholly dedicated to making their needs her top priority, ultimately helping all clients achieve their own goals. In just a few short years, she has produced more than $7.5 million in closed sales. 

Currently a South Loop resident, Tuyen grew up in Uptown and attended school in Lincoln Park and Lake Forest. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and traveling, and has been to more than 30 countries. Visiting all of the U.S. National Parks is on her bucket list.
