@properties’ internally-developed website earns top award at annual LeadingRE Conference

At @properties, we’re continually focused on improving our industry with innovative technology that enhances the real estate experience for brokers and clients alike. That’s why we are excited to announce that @properties won the award for Best Overall Website at the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® Conference Week! @properties also won the award for Best Interactivity.

Like nearly all of our technology and marketing, the newly updated atproperties.com website was designed, developed and built entirely in-house. The full redesign, which launched earlier this year, integrates everything from greatly-improved search functionality to a responsive design that adapts to any device. Other highlights include property videos, interactive maps, advanced school district boundary data, and a geo-cookie that remembers the last region you searched on our site.

“We believe that the best way to give local consumers technology that is tailored specifically to their needs is to create it ourselves, so we’ve made it a priority to hire the talent and develop the tools to do just that. Our programming and marketing teams worked incredibly hard on this website, and we are proud that it is being recognized by our peers,” said @properties co-founder Thad Wong. “This award is another example of our ability to stay on the leading edge in our industry.”

The conference and awards were held at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach hotel.

Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® is an international network of more than 500 market-leading, independent real estate firms. In addition to presenting awards, the LeadingRE conference includes events for brokers; sales associates; sales managers; and business development, marketing and technology professionals.
