Money Smart Week: Take Control of Your Finances
From April 22-29, Money Smart Week will be taking place throughout Chicagoland. During this week, there are a plethora of workshops and seminars designed to help people of all demographics and income levels manage their personal finances. WHEN: April 22 – 10:00AM-11:30AM
Thinking about selling your home? This seminar will encompass everything that the selling process entails. You can expect to learn about preparing your home for the sale, which upgrades add the most value, and how to determine the best list price.
WHEN: April 22 – 1:00PM-2:30PM
There’s a lot that goes into buying a home and it’s understandable to have a lot of questions about the process. At this seminar you’ll learn about everything from down payments and contract negotiations to why working with a real estate broker can save you thousands.
