Gold Coast high-rise surpasses 80-percent-sold mark amid pent up demand in luxury market

Chicago-based Convexity Properties and its exclusive sales and marketing firm, @properties, announced that 4 East Elm, a new luxury high-rise condominium building in Chicago’s Gold Coast, has surpassed the 80-percent sold mark. Residences are available for immediate delivery.

Located at the corner of State and Elm streets, 4 East Elm features half-floor residences with three bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths. Remaining plans range from 3,486 to 3,516 square feet with prices ranging from $3 million to $4 million. Deeded garage parking is offered from $80,000 per space.
