The Legacy at Millennium Park Nears Sellout; Special Pricing Offered On a Selection of Remaining Condominiums

New-construction two- and three-bedroom condominiums at The Legacy offer lake, park and city views, luxury finishes and upscale amenities

Mesa Development and its exclusive sales and marketing firm, @properties, announced that The Legacy at Millennium Park, a 72-story luxury high-rise in Chicago’s Loop, is nearing sellout with fewer than 30 new-construction condominiums remaining for sale. The developer has also introduced special pricing on a number of these homes.

A variety of floor plans and views are still available including:

  • Park Series two-bedroom residences with 1,342 to 1,487 square feet, now priced from $650,000
  • Skyline Series two-bedroom residences with 1,489 to 1,497 square feet, now priced from $900,000
  • Skyline Series three-bedroom residences with 1,750 to 1,969 square feet, now priced from $975,000
  • Millennium Series three-bedroom residences with 2,436 square feet, now priced from $1,900,000

Deeded garage parking spaces can be purchased for $55,000 to $75,000.

Skyline Residences, on floors 17 through 56, feature a variety of floor plans and sweeping lake and park views. On floors 61 and above, remaining Millennium Residences offer large three-bedroom floor plans with unobstructed views of Millennium Park and Lake Michigan.
