Eva enjoys exploring the parks and restaurants of Chicago neighborhoods and is focused on using her experiences to aid buyers and sellers in making significant decisions in this marketplace. Eva gives back to her community in many ways including serving on the Boards of the Churchill Park Advisory Council, the Dog Area Improvement Committee (see Churchill Dog Park Facebook group) and the Bucktown Community Organization for which she organizes the annual Bucktown GardenWalk (see bucktown.org). Eva's spare time is filled with time with her pets and volunteering at PAWS Chicago to find homes for dogs and cats. She's also a devout fan of the Chicago Blackhawks and Chicago Cubs.

Continuing Education is important in today's quickly evolving market. Eva holds a GRI certificate from the 3 year Graduate Real Estate Institute. She is also a Certified Negotiation Expert and a Certified Social Media Marketer. Eva maintains her belief that everyone must be treated with dignity and honor and is proud to be a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) to assist all age groups and to paticipate in the At Home With Diversity Program to treat every person with equality and dignity. Eva earned the Green Designation from the National Association of Realtors. This bridges her dediation to recycling and earth friendly activities with the growing need to retrofit, remodel, renovate and build with resources and health considerations for the long term.
Eva received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry at Loyola University and attended The Ohio State University for graduate work. Her first career was as a Research Scientist before moving to Information Technology, where she was involved in selling emerging technology solutions to businesses throughout the Midwest for 14 years. The key to her success has been listening to the requirements of both buyer and seller to build winning contracts.
