Since joining the brokerage in 2003, the award-winning REALTOR® has helped propel @properties Christie's International Real Estate to its position as the leading real estate brokerage in Chicago and helped hundreds of clients meet their housing needs and dreams in and around her hometown in northwest suburban Arlington Heights.

Since 2015, Holly has become a top-volume earner by selling over $780 million lifetime, in Northwest Suburban residential real estate with an average market time of 23 days, which is half the time of the 47-day average in the region. The list price to sales price ratio on those properties is 102.1%, tops for the Arlington Heights area as reported by MRED (YTD Activity. Data reported from 9/19/2023)

Living with her family in the area where she completes 82 percent of her transactions gives Holly an insider’s perspective that you can’t get on a listing sheet or during a showing—after all, she’s a neighbor to the vast majority of her clients. Things like how long it takes to walk to the train, the best place for wine and tapas, or the ins and outs of permitting special events are all part of what she brings to the table.

Holly’s dedication extends to the community. In addition to her involvement with local organizations,  she has been named “Woman of The Year” by the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, serving as the chairperson for the society’s annual ball. She is actively involved with many children's organizations and has donated thousands of dollars as a corporate match to raise funds for A Better Community for District 25, which helps teachers and students in the community. She is also a member of the Arlington Heights Chamber of Commerce.

She lives in the Pioneer Park neighborhood of Arlington Heights with her husband, Steve, and their two children, Emma and Brady.
