Jeff currently lives in the Fulton River District near downtown Chicago and has become well versed in neighborhoods from the South Shore to Evanston and everywhere in between.

Having grown up in the Quad Cities, Jeff’s first visit to Chicago was going to a Chicago Bulls game with his dad at the old Chicago Stadium.  “We were lucky enough to keep one of the old bricks as a souvenir."  Years later, after attending Northern Illinois University and earning a degree in Geography and Urban Studies, Jeff immediately moved to Chicago.

Jeff began his real estate career working for a real estate developer in new construction sales and in August 2009, he decided to join the @properties family!  “@properties has an incredible marketing team and is at the top of Chicago real estate so it was an easy choice.”  Jeff knows that buying and selling a home is a major decision and he wants to help guide you through it to make the process as easy and fun as possible.  His goal is to have you walk into a home and think:  “This is it!  I love this home.”  Jeff’s biggest compliment is when his clients say to him:  “I’ll totally refer you to all of my friends.”

“My two favorite things to do in my spare time are kayaking and taking in the Chicago food scene.  Kayaking on the Chicago River is something that a lot of Chicagoans don’t know about.  Being an architecture buff, the views are amazing, it’s actually affordable, and it’s an amazing workout without it feeling like one.  I also love cooking, visiting the farmers markets, and trying new restaurants whether it’s down home BBQ to authentic Indian food, just about anything goes.”

Jeff recently earned his GREEN real estate designation from the National Association of Realtors (NAR), which he is a member of!  He is also a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors (CAR), and the Illinois Association of Realtors (IAR).
