22 years since becoming Rookie of the Year, working in the first billion-dollar office in the city of Chicago, Bryan Eugenio is proud to have helped so many realize their real estate goals.

A second-generation Polish Italian, whose roots extend deep into the rich architectural history of Chicago, you could say Bryan Eugenio was born to work in Real Estate. Bryan comes from a family of generational stonecutters from Northern Italy, who, upon immigrating to Chicago in the early 1900's, continued the family business, cutting stone for many of Chicago's buildings and helping shape the city into what it is today. Much like the stones used in many of the city's historic buildings, Bryan has built his business on a strong foundation of trust, loyalty, and dependability. He is thrilled to have helped so many buyers, sellers, and investors along their personal journeys, and he is excited to help you!

Bryan will always prioritize your needs. He takes the time to listen to his clients, and he will never force you into a decision. Utilizing his vast knowledge of the market, cutting-edge digital and print marketing, and an extensive pool of resources, which includes contractors, attorneys and other industry professionals, Bryan will ensure your path to a success. Bryan works with clients of all experience levels. Whether you are buying your first home or searching for a new construction or rehab investment property, Bryan has been there and done it, and he will provide you with the insight and resources to have an edge in a highly competitive market.

Bryan works throughout the city and suburbs. Whether you are looking for a condo, multi family or single-family home, Bryan will provide you with all the information to make an informed decision. His goal is to find you the perfect home.

Bryan received his bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan. Prior to real estate, he served as an associate VP to a major wall street firm and was a managing partner for a local restaurant in Chicago that launched the career of chef/owner, Mia Francesca. Bryan has been active his whole life, participating in the gambit of team sports. Now, he loves to run, participating in triathlons and marathons.

"I am here for you and no matter your timeline I will adjust to and provide you with everything you need to help you make the best decision for you."
