Upon graduation, she accepted a management position with Four Seasons Hotel Chicago, which ignited a more than 22-year love affair with the Windy City. Lisa began her real estate career at Coldwell Banker in 2000 and quickly became one of their top producers. She credits her success to her lifelong mantra, “I will succeed as failure is NOT an option!” Lisa’s desire to work for the number one real estate company in Chicago, prompted her to join @properties in 2011.  Lisa is dedicated to helping clients buy and sell their homes throughout Lincoln Park, the Gold Coast, Streeterville, the Loop, River North, South Loop, West Loop, Wicker Park, Bucktown, Lakeview, Southport Corridor, Lincoln Square, North Center, Buena Park, Uptown, Andersonville, Edgewater, Forest Glen and Roger's Park.

Working With Lisa

Whether you’re a first-time homebuyer on a tight budget or a seasoned homeowner trying to get top dollar for your home in the current market, Lisa strives to exceed client expectations and to ensure the experience is both rewarding and fun. She is straightforward, research-oriented and takes the time to truly understand her clients’ needs and tailor her services accordingly.

Personal Interests and Community Involvement

When Lisa is not busy helping clients sell or buy their dream homes, she enjoys volunteering and traveling. She volunteered at PAWS, a no-kill animal shelter, from 2001-2008, and now does animal rescue work with several other volunteer organizations in Illinois. Lisa’s volunteer work inspired her to adopt her own menagerie of four-legged friends.

When Lisa moved into her first condo in the Buena Park neighborhood, she saw areas that needed improvement.  Lisa knew that the only way to make a change was to get involved.  After attending some block club meetings, Lisa was elected the as the Director of Membership for Buena Park Neighbors.  Lisa served in this capacity for three years.  She was then elected as the President of Buena Park Neighbors, where she served for one term.  While Lisa enjoyed her time on the board, the best part of volunteering was making life-long friends that she now fondly refers to as her “Buena Park Family.”

Lisa Moved into the University Village neighborhood in 2005, where she resides today.  "I love my home!  It is located in a building from 1926, filled with history,. These warehouses were the old South Water Markets for commercial produce that supplied the city of Chicago.  I have watched the whole area blossom over the past 11 years."  Lisa is passionate about her development. "I decided to get involved with the condominium association about five years ago."  She has served two terms as  the Treasurer, one year as a Member and she is currently serving her second year as her board President.  "I want to share my knowledge and real estate expertise to benefit my community!"

Lisa also loves to travel. Over the past decade, she has enjoyed visiting Machu Picchu and the rainforest in Peru, Venezuela, Canada, Sweden and Denmark. On one of her  trips, Lisa celebrated her father’s 90th birthday with his two younger brothers, one sister-in-law and his niece.  They cruised through the Panama Canal and really enjoyed Costa Rica and Bon Aire.  Lisa’s amazing father joined her and his niece as they zip lined over the rainforest of Costa Rica.  Now we can see where Lisa gets her “I can do anything” attitude! They shared a lot of storytelling, laughter and family enjoyment!
