Jeff approaches the real estate market as an analyst who helps people achieve their goals with an informed perspective of factors that are unique to each community. After seven years as a Realtor®, he enjoys the results of helping clients find an unfair advantage! Entering the business at the peak of the market in 2005 was an intentional risk to help homebuyers seeking guidance and analysis in an uncertain market. While housing is still personal and emotional, a well-informed client can unlock value and enjoy peace of mind.

Jeff’s approach also values an ethical approach, and he takes the time to listen to what customers are seeking and if there are any concerns or special requirements. His testimonials and referrals show the value in providing a high level of exceptional service.

Prior to real estate, Jeff’s financial analysis career included forecasting growth and recession effects for the risk management team of a $45 billion consumer credit card portfolio, competitive analysis, and financial planning support for the firm’s marketing directors.  The most enjoyable aspect of his work was combining business metrics with economic indicators in a visual, explanatory way that inspired discussion and improved forecasting models.

When there is time to relax, Jeff and his wife Lisa enjoy music performance, cultivating conifers, skiing, cooking, reading, as well as their nieces and nephews.
