With an extensive background in residential appraisals spanning over 20 years, she achieved the status of Certified Appraiser in 2008, which ignited her interest in the real estate industry. She commenced her career as an administrative assistant and has since been committed to helping her clients realize their vision for the future, recognizing that real estate is one of the most significant investments and decisions one can make. It is a source of great satisfaction for her to earn the trust of her clients and to be able to assist them in achieving their objectives. She recalls with particular pleasure her second deal when her clients expressed gratitude and likened her to family.
She has a passion for architecture and an appreciation for buildings with character, especially those constructed in the late 1800s. The intricacies of vintage homes fascinate her, and she has explored various neighborhoods in Chicago and its suburbs in search of buildings such as Greystones and Victorians that have been impeccably preserved since their construction. She believes that visiting such homes affords her an opportunity to acquire knowledge about different types of structures and take a piece of history with her. Her first visit to a high-rise on Michigan Avenue left her awestruck by the breathtaking view of Lake Michigan and the skyline, a moment she cherishes.
Thania is a Chicago native who currently resides in the South Suburbs with her two young children. In her spare time, she enjoys experimenting with new recipes and spending quality time with her family. Although they enjoy traveling, they find solace in the comfort of their home.
