 My Client-First Philosophy

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional: integrity, in-depth community, market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills, and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a Chicago real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling method everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

So when you decide that you'd like to buy or sell a home In the Chicago or NW Indiana areas, please reach out to me!

We bring dogs & volunteers into the schools for Sit Stay Read 8-week, 1-hour-per-week programs. Eileen has also been on the committee for the annual "Barkn'Ball" fundraiser for 3 years. Selling your home requires your price to be within or close to what similar homes in your neighborhood have been selling for in recent months. Stray too far above the median price and you can be in for a big disappointment. Eileen can help you navigate comparable sold properties to help you determine the best list price for your home.

Eileen has been through a rigorous training program named " Ninja Selling" for REALTORS®. The program is specific to the real estate business. The system is based on a philosophy of building relationships, listening to the customer, and then helping them achieve their goals. It's about being of value to her customers.

Eileen enjoys meeting new people. "It's one of my favorite aspects of my career is meeting so many interesting people from all backgrounds and assisting them with one of the most important financial decisions they will make."
