Prior to becoming a Broker in 1997, Connie was an attorney who specialized in civil litigation with a focus on environmental issues as well as contract drafting, negotiation and interpretation. The traits that allowed Connie to excel as an attorney such as her work ethic, attention to detail, negotiation skills, and her unwavering commitment to her clients make her uniquely qualified to represent those interests with competence, dedication and professionalism.

Today's buyers and sellers have access to a wealth of information from many different sources. Connie believes that the key ingredient to interpreting this information is to partner with the right real estate professional. Connie's advanced knowledge of the real estate market, specific to Chicagoland, and her understanding of the latest market trends provide buyers and sellers with a useful resource throughout the process.

Connie provides effective marketing with a wide web presence, professional photography and a variety of "outside the box" solutions to position each home to the most buyers. She works tirelessly when representing buyers to find on and off the market properties. She is also a real estate investor herself and has first hand knowledge when it comes to maximizing an investor's return.

Connie is a full time professional and is consistently among the highest producing Brokers of the Chicago Association of Realtors. She is an active member of C.A.R. where she sits on the Professional Standards Committee and assists in both Arbitration and Ethics hearings.

Connie graduated from Stetson University, Cum Laude, and from Florida State University School of Law, with Honors. While at law school she was an Articles and Notes Editor for the Law Review. She lives with her husband and two sons in Chicago's West Walker/Old Irving neighborhood.
