Patrick's continued real estate success for over twenty-seven years is the result of his integrity, innate ability to listen, market knowledge, negotiating skills, and, most importantly, his extraordinary current and past clients who continue to fuel his success.

Prior to real estate, Patrick traded index, interest rate, and currency options and futures on the floor of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. This experience has given him a macro-perspective on both the real estate market and the mortgage rate environment.

He has represented first-time and move-up buyers and sellers, developers in a wide range of product including luxury single-family homes and condominiums, and has discreetly represented HNWI's in purchase and sale transactions.

Patrick separates himself from others by showing his listings. He does not own a lockbox. When a property is listed, showings are booked directly with him. He is present when the buyers arrive, present when they leave, and provides feedback after the showing.

He is the Founder and Director of Glen McDonough's Concert and the Eve Glen McDonough School, each held on Beaver Island, MI, has served in multiple leadership roles at Sheil Catholic Center at Northwestern University, is past President of the Alma College Alumni Board, served on Alma's  Presidential Advisory Committee and its Open Windows Capital Campaign, chaired Midwest Montessori's first fundraiser, sat on the board of a primary and behavioral health care facility, and volunteers at Orrington Elementary.

Patrick has lived in Winnetka and Evanston for over 36 years, and currently resides with his family in the Orrington Elementary neighborhood in northeast Evanston.
