I am an obsessive market data researcher with a passion for real estate, architecture and design that will work tirelessly to find you precisely the property you seek.  My experience in analytical trading has enhanced my inherent focus on strong market knowledge, attention to detail, and timing.  I am determined to understand each clients individual needs and customize my approach to exceed expectations.  I will pore over market data, review conditions, and utilize all available resources to ensure the best possible deal for you.   My goal is to take the stress out of the real estate transaction process and make it an enjoyable experience for you from the start of our search through the close.

Growing up in the Oak Park/River Forest area, I have strong ties to the community and will be your source for finding coveted property.   I want to help you search for and ultimately find the piece of real estate that you will truly feel proud to call home.

I have been fortunate to call many Chicago neighborhoods home over the years, including Lincoln Park, Old Town and Fulton River District, where I have owned investment property since 2005.  Because of this history, I have my finger on the pulse of the Oak Park/River Forest/Forest Park areas as well as city neighborhoods, Near North, West Loop and South Loop.

Whether you are looking for a move in ready home, a minor fixer upper, or a rehab project; I have a network of trusted contractors to tackle everything from basic repairs, painting, and room remodels, to full build outs.  Living in a historic, architecturally significant home in River Forest, I know firsthand what it takes to both update and maintain this type of property, so that you can enjoy it to its fullest.

My wife and I moved back to our home town of River Forest in 2011 to raise our growing family.  We have two young daughters and two dogs, everyone loves to be outdoors.  We travel west for vacations, road tripping, to enjoy hiking and skiing in the mountains.  Locally, we often visit The Morton Arboretum and enjoy hanging out at the town pool.
